Diana, the Acrobat
In terms of maturity, Diana is Hank's equal. She holds her
own in terms of wit as well, able to silence Eric with a well-timed put
down. She is cool and confident, and the most likely to survive on
her own. She is also the only kid with any athletic ability, having
been a top gymnast before her detour to the Realm. Her biggest fear is either growing old, or perhaps more accurately, losing her competitive edge. Tough as she is, she has an emotional side which comes
out most strongly in Child of the Stargazer, where she falls in love with Kosar (who has been accused of being a Michael Jackson look-alike). One might often imagine
her, alone on watch, late at night, gazing up into the sky, seeking her
lost love among the stars. (Some romantics among fans, however, think Eric is a better match for her.)
